1) Are you a recognized service Agent?

We are a Govt. registered service agent for Call Drivers & Travels.

2. Are the drivers available at any time and at any part of the city?

Yes. The drivers are available at any time and at any part of the city.

3. How many years experience does the driver have?

Every driver should have more than 3 years of experience

4. Do you provide separate drivers for outstation?

Yes we are having separate drivers for outstation trip, they are outstation experienced and know all the routes thoroughly and drive safely on the highways.

5. From when does the driver time start and when does it end?

The time starts when the drivers reports your place on your time and the time ends when you release them.

6. What is the minimum Hours and Minimum Charge for call drivers?

Minimum 4 Hours & Minimum Charge is Rs.400.

7. To who should we pay the money?

Payment should be made directly to the drivers.

8. What is the security to the customers of the driver?

We have their valid original Driving license, Photos and Xerox copies of Ration card/Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhar Card / PAN Card(any two) along with two reference addresses.

9. Does the driver wash the vehicle?

Yes. The driver can wash the vehicle on the request of the customer (washing allowance Rs.50 Extra).

10. How many hours/ days in advance should we book the driver?

To avoid disappointment we request to book one day in advance if u need a driver in the morning. In case of emergency we require at least 30 Minutes to 1Hour.

11) Do you provide cars?

Yes we provide all type of cars for local & outstation trips with reasonable rates.

12) How do we avail of your service?

13) what guarantee do you take for the service?

We assure you a professional and safe service. However we do not take any monetary guarantee for the service.

14) Do you offer any schemes?

Yes. We offer special Tariff for corporates, companies & Star Hotels
